What we collect
When you contact us or become a client, we collect business contact information (name, email, phone, company), the business information you share during intake, and — for services that use your data — records you authorize us to access (for example, customer lists for re-engagement campaigns or job data for your Business Blueprint). Our website may collect basic analytics such as pages visited and general location.
How we use it
To deliver and improve the services you've purchased, to communicate with you about your account, and to operate our business. AI components process your business data solely to produce your deliverables.
What we don't do
We don't sell your information. We don't share your customer lists with other clients or use them for anyone else's campaigns.
Who we share with
Service providers who help us deliver — payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, SMS delivery (Twilio), hosting, and analytics — each only receiving what they need. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you opt in to FLOSYS SMS Notifications, we collect your mobile phone number, the messages you send us (including opt-in and opt-out keywords), and a record of when and how you consented. We use this only to send the texts you agreed to — missed-call follow-up, appointment reminders, booking confirmations, and customer-care updates — and to answer your replies.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never sold, rented, or shared with any third party, except the service providers that deliver the messages (such as our messaging provider, Twilio) or when required by law.
Message frequency varies (up to several messages per week). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time; reply HELP for help, or contact us at 346-590-6353 or kirby@flosys.org. Consent to receive texts is voluntary and is not required to purchase any FLOSYS service.

Your customers' data
When you give us contact lists or customer records, you remain the owner of that data; we process it on your instructions to deliver your services, and we delete or return it when the engagement ends, on request.
Retention & security
We keep information as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations, and we protect it with industry-standard safeguards including encrypted transport and access controls.
Your choices
Email kirby@flosys.org to access, correct, or delete your information, or to opt out of marketing messages. Text-message recipients can opt out any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP.
